Before hiring a new employee, the standard procedure of all business organization in the United States is to conduct a criminal record search. The state governments and courts are responsible for providing informations related to criminal records of each individual.
The easier and faster way to conduct a criminal record search nowadays is through online. People must first submit a request for the record from every jurisdiction where the person has lived. As much as possible, the request must contain very specific information such as date of birth, birthplace, race, past addresses and social security numbers as well. There are two types of criminal record search- the Instant and Delayed Search. Instant Search is done by those people who want an immediate access to a person’s criminal record.
