Before hiring a new employee, the standard procedure of all business organization in the United States is to conduct a criminal record search. The state governments and courts are responsible for providing informations related to criminal records of each individual.
The easier and faster way to conduct a criminal record search nowadays is through online. People must first submit a request for the record from every jurisdiction where the person has lived. Whereas, the Delayed Search is conducted for more extensive information on a person’s criminal record and would take more time to be completed.
